The House

Casa Cabo was completely renovated in 2024, combining modern luxury with authentic Mediterranean charm. It boasts three beautiful bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, along with two modern bathrooms. The cozy living room and open-concept kitchen offer a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, making it perfect for social cooking experiences. The home’s state-of-the-art airconditioning and marble floors, equipped with underfloor heating, provide a luxurious touch of warmth during the cooler winter months.

Outdoor Living

Casa Cabo’s outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation. The covered terrace leads to a 70 m² patio, featuring an outdoor kitchen under a lemon and fig tree, complete with a barbecue for alfresco dining. A shaded lounge area under the palm tree offers a serene spot to unwind, while the heated outdoor shower adds convenience. For sun lovers, the 100 m² rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a sunset drink with panoramic views.

The modern kitchen, with its natural granite countertops, is well-equipped and seamlessly connects to the patio through floor-to-ceiling doors, creating an open indoor-outdoor living space. A barbecue conveniently placed in the patio allows for easy outdoor cooking. Alternatively, there are plenty of local restaurants nearby, and all kinds of delicious food delivery to the house within half an hour.

Housekeeping

The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Should you wish for more frequent cleaning during your stay, you may arrange this directly with the caretaker. Bed linens and towels are provided (beach towels not included), and we kindly ask you to be mindful of the environment by limiting towel usage.

Located in one of Alicante’s most exclusive areas, Casa Cabo at Avenida Costa Blanca, is in a quiet neighborhood. The property is gated and features a comprehensive alarm system connected to an alarm company, ensuring your peace of mind. Fire alarms are also installed throughout the house.

Bus: Line 22 (Playa San Juan – Estació Oscar Esplá) runs every 15-20 minutes, with the Parque de Cabo bus stop located to the left when you leave the gate of the house, a two minutes walk from the house.

Tram: The nearest tram stop is Tridente on Line 4 (L4), which connects Alicante’s city center with Cabo de las Huertas and Playa de San Juan.

Alternatively, take the C5/C6 bus to Puerta del Mar in Alicante center, walk 50 meters (same side of the street), and from there, catch bus 22 (Playa San Juan) to the Parque de Cabo- bus stop, just a short two-minutes walk to Casa Cabo.
